We service physicians, dentists, medical/surgical centers, chiropractors, EMS, etc. who are licensed to practice in their respective fields. |
Q. When do I fax a copy of my DEA Certificate?A. When you submit the new customer registration on line form, you will be prompted to fax a copy of your DEA Certificate. As soon as we receive your fax, you will be given a customer number and notified that your account is now active. |
