Orders may be placed either by this web site, by mail, by calling our Toll Free Order Number 1-800-998-8558, or they may be Faxed Toll Free 24 hours a day by Faxing 1-800-745-2476.

Shipping
Shipping costs are prepaid on all pharmaceuticals.  Minimum UPS charges are added to solutions, equipment and other unusually heavy items.  Orders are processed and shipped from our Tulsa warehouse within 24-48 hours.  Only the actual freight charges will be added to orders of less than $75.  Overnight and second day service is always available.

Terms
Net 30 days from invoice date.  All accounts over 30 days will be charged interest at the rate of 1.5%.  Company checks, Visa or MasterCard are accepted.  Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours.

Guarantee
PSI unconditionally guarantees our products and services.  If, upon receipt of your order you are dissatisfied in any way, return in original unopened container for a complete refund.  All items must be issued a Return Authorization before returning to PSI.
